At this time, Maggie is only offering Postpartum/Newborn Care for her Birth Doula Clients
General definition of a Newborn Care Specialist:

A Newborn Care Specialist is an individual trained and skilled in newborn care.

They provide unique expertise in all aspects of newborn care, parental education and support.

Their job is to help nurture and care for newborns while providing guidance and education for the parents before and after birth.
Maggie draws on her knowledge and experience as a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula to provide emotional support, sleep support, feeding support, light housekeeping, overnight care and communication with the parents to make sure we have the information we need to make informed decisions during the early dynamic days of becoming parents. She can provide reassurance and perspective to us, make suggestions, take care of baby while we rest and help with laundry, meal prep, and bottle sterilizing.
Maggie Wells is a certified Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) through Newborn Care Solutions and practices within the guidelines of this organization.
Maggie is independent and self-employed.
Newborn Care Services are offered at an hourly rate.
Support is not limited by any contract length but is available on a first come first serve basis.
